Last updated: 3 August 2026
This policy explains how Future Warp Ltd (Cyprus) ("Bullmania", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data on start.bullmania.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. Full data controller details are set out at the end of this policy.
Our services are educational in nature. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and no personal data you provide is used to give you individualised financial advice.
Questions or requests: hello@bullmania.com
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, and phone number when you book a call or sign up for emails
- Answers you provide in booking forms (for example, your experience level with crypto)
- Any other information you choose to send us in messages or forms
Information collected automatically (only with your consent where required)
- Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location
- Pages visited, links clicked, session activity, and how you arrived at the Site (including advertising campaign parameters)
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies, as described in section 6
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not request financial account details, wallet keys, or exchange credentials through the Site, and you should never share them with anyone claiming to represent us.
2. How we use it
We may use personal data, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to:
- Schedule and hold the calls you book, and send related confirmations and reminders
- Send you emails you have signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email)
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
- Measure whether our advertising works and reach people likely to be interested in our educational programs, including matched-audience advertising as described in section 5
- Prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Fulfil any other purpose disclosed to you at the point of collection or carried out with your consent
Under the GDPR, we rely on: performance of a contract (booking and delivering calls), consent (marketing emails, advertising cookies, matched-audience advertising), legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, basic analytics, service improvement, defence of legal claims), and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Who we may share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with:
- Service providers processing data on our behalf, listed in section 4
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers) where reasonably necessary
- Authorities and other parties where required: courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, or is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients or others
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of some or all of our business or assets, in which case personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction under confidentiality protections
4. Service providers we use
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4) | Advertising measurement and site analytics |
| Meta (Facebook/Instagram) | Advertising measurement, where consented |
| iClosed | Call scheduling and booking forms |
| HubSpot | Customer relationship management |
| Kit (formerly ConvertKit) | Email delivery |
| Cookiebot (Usercentrics) | Consent management |
| Lovable / hosting infrastructure | Website hosting |
| YouTube (Google) | Embedded video playback |
We may replace or add providers performing equivalent functions; this list is kept up to date at reasonable intervals. These providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
5. Advertising measurement and hashed data
When you book a call after clicking one of our ads, we share a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address with Google to confirm that the booking resulted from the ad. The hashing happens in your browser before anything is sent: Google receives only the scrambled value, matches it against its own records to count the conversion, and cannot read your email address from it. This is known as Enhanced Conversions.
If we run advertising with Meta, equivalent hashed matching may be used through Meta's Conversions API, only where you have consented to advertising cookies or where the data comes from a booking you completed with us.
We may also use contact lists (in hashed form) to ask advertising platforms to show our ads to people with similar interests, or to stop showing ads to people who have already booked.
You can opt out of this matching at any time by emailing hello@bullmania.com.
6. Cookies
We use Cookiebot to ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies on the Site. Advertising and analytics tags do not run unless you agree, and if you decline, only privacy-preserving, cookieless signals are sent (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link on the Site.
- Necessary — required for the Site to function; always active
- Statistics — help us understand how the Site is used (Google Analytics 4)
- Marketing — used to measure advertising and show relevant ads (Google Ads, Meta)
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restriction of data to those who need it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use secure and for the security of the device and network you use to access the Site.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims. As a guide:
- Booking and CRM records: for the duration of our relationship and any period required thereafter by law or for the defence of claims
- Advertising outcome records (whether a booked call took place): kept in a restricted, automated reporting store and deleted or de-identified within 90 days
- Email subscription data: until you unsubscribe, after which your address is retained on a suppression list solely to honour your choice
- Analytics data: per our Google Analytics retention settings, currently 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise any of these, email hello@bullmania.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timescales required by law. Some requests may be limited where we have overriding legitimate grounds or legal obligations to retain data.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, but you may also contact the authority in your own country.
10. Third-party sites and services
The Site contains links to and embeds from third-party services (for example, YouTube videos and the iClosed booking pages). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing them with personal data.
11. Who this is not for
The Site and our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact hello@bullmania.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page with the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or notified by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.
